Paul Taylor (born July 29, 1930) is one of the foremost American choreographers of the 20th century.

He was the student of A. Tudor and Martha Graham and performed several of their ballets from 1955 to 1962.
In 1953 he starts his carreer as a choreographer and created his own company in 1962.
