We saw almost all rudolf's performances in london covent garden coliseum etc after the performance he was always willing to meet supporters at the stage door to sign autographs on books photos etc

He would discuss performances tell us where, he would dance next and accept our comments i have a box full of signed fotos and i would give him a copy of every foto i took many at the stage door surrounded by his fans

His early death was the greatest loss to the ballet theatre world. he was beginning to form new productions of all his ballets adding new aspects which other dancers use in todays performances.

If i could bring one person back to life it would be RUDOLF NUREYEV
